What is the warranty of the machines?

Our business model is warehouse direct to consumer, eliminating the middleman and passing the savings on to you. This enables us to keep our prices aggressive, offer high-quality scrubbers and outstanding customer service.
6 Months Limited Warranty
The warranty begins when you receive the floor scrubber. Only the original owner of the scrubber purchased from Scrubo is covered by this Limited Warranty.
- Scrubo warranty covers all electrical components on your scrubber. This includes battery, charger, vacuum and brush motors, controller, LCD panel, key lock assembly and any other electrical components which are part of the floor scrubber.
- Our service facility in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada provides service and repairs.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a covered component to our facility, unless Scrubo agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs.
Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the warranty replacement item to their address.
