Shipping

How do we ship

Our floor scrubbers and sweepers are shipped to you 99% assembled, minimizing the assembly needed upon delivery. You'll only need to reattach the squeegee and for certain models unfold the handle. For safety reason the batteries are disconnected during shipping and you will need to connect them back upon delivery.

In order to accommodate the size of our packages, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers for shipping. Typically, these shipments are transported via ground delivery to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Your scrubber will be shipped using one of the following carriers: Ace Courier, Day & Ross or Manitoulin Transport depending on your specific location.

For customers residing in rural or remote areas, we may request that you provide a business or commercial address for delivery, or alternatively, you may be asked to pick up your scrubber from one of the nearby shipping terminals.

If you're in the vicinity of our headquarters in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada, rest assured that pickup from our location is always available free of charge. Additionally, you enjoy the advantage of receiving your scrubber fully assembled right out of the box.

Before shipping, each scrubber undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that all components are in perfect working order. This process is part of our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for every machine we sell.

Preparation

Upon placing a new order, each floor scrubber undergoes individual inspection and testing. Our skilled technicians perform a comprehensive mechanical check, conducting a thorough performance test on all electrical components. Once the scrubber successfully passes the Scrubo inspection process, it is then carefully packed.

This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
