Can I replace the battery myself?
Please check your user manual first. Batteries release hydrogen gas. Keep away from sparks or open flames. Turn off and unplug the machine before beginning any work. Safety first!
Access the battery compartment — usually located under the recovery tank or a lift-up cover.
Disconnect the old battery by removing the negative cable first, then the positive. Take note (or a photo) of the cable layout before disconnecting anything.
Carefully install the batteries in the battery component, following the diagram shown below for proper placement and connections:

Ensure the cables are tight and the terminals are clean before closing the compartment.
Charge the new battery fully before first use.
