Return Policy

We always strive to deliver a quality product. We build, test and inspect all of our floor scrubbers prior to shipping.

If for some reason the floor scrubber is not a good fit for you, we allow returns within a 7 days period.

Unopened Packages

New and unused floor scrubbers are subject to 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be withheld from the total refund amount. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to come back in our facility. If the customer requests a return shipping label from Scrubo instead of arranging their own return shipping, the shipping fee will also be withheld from the total refund amount.

Opened Packages

If the package was opened and floor scrubber is used and with more than 1 hour of use then it is subject to 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be withheld from the total refund amount. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to come back in our facility. If the customer requests a return shipping label from Scrubo instead of arranging their own return shipping, the shipping fee will also be withheld from the total refund amount.

The average cost to ship one pallet across Canada is $250. The machine needs to be returned in its original packing.

Please note that returning a floor scrubber to us is time-consuming for you and also for us. If you are not sure if the scrubber fits your need, then please contact our customer service staff which would guide you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order up until the order has been shipped. There is no fee associated with this.

Orders that have already been shipped with valid tracking number cannot be canceled.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the new merchandise pursuant to the Scrubo return policy to receive a refund.
