These are incredible machines with excellent value for the price. They perform exceptionally well, are reliable, and I highly recommend them. They have been a great investment for our business.

I'm very happy with the machine . Worth the money. Suck very good the pad is very strong, the only suggestions is a water handler to control the water amount. The rest very good machine good quality solid
I would have preferred receiving only the Circuit Board defective (Controller). It is the one which is defective.
Really bad service. I ordered my Scrubo Sweep about 15 days ago and still haven’t received it. The shipping company can’t even tell me where the package is. I bought it specifically for work, and now I can’t use it because it never arrived.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I will definitely think twice before buying from this company again, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Just tried it out...easy controls...the size is perfect for the office space. Easy drainage with hose. Quick set up. Love it!
This seems to be a solid machine. But I give a lower rating because after a few uses the vacuum died. After contacting Scrubo I found out only the parts are covered on warranty. Customers pay for shipping costs and have to fix the machine themselves, as I did. I took hours and many emails to service rep, who was albeit quite helpful with the troubleshooting. In the end we determined it was the motherboard which I replaced and now the vacuum is working again. I think it would be more fair if the company paid the shipping costs considering the consumer is fixing a brand new product.

We are a service club and own our own building. We purchased the Scrubo Pristene 18 and are impressed with it so far. It’s easy to use and does a great job of cleaning the floors. The squeegee and vacume practically dries the floor.
Received within 2 weeks. I have used it for the last 2 months. It's by far the best machine I have ever worked with. Very maneouvreable, the squeegee works great and it has a very strong vacuum. The brush works great, it's softer than what I was used from Tennant.
Great budget unit. I remember when these were 10X the cost and full of reliability issues( Not this brand) . One thing I did notice is the wheels can spin quite easily on this unit but it moves so easily that its not an issue. If you have rooms at different floor height/ Level's beware its a beast to lift between different floor Heights. As for Cleaning power It turned our Grimy office floors back to a bright clean floor.
Because of the weather we were a week late getting our scrubber so we have only been using it for 2 weeks. So far it seems to be a great machine.
Customer service was great, delivery was faster than expected and the cost comparison to other big brands gives this machine 4 star review. Waiting on our durability demo so who knows could be a 5 star over the next couple mths.
The scrubber cleans very well. It picks up the dust and and dirt without leaving streaks.
